The mask is awesome, great part to this pic.
I don't really like how his hand is holding the knife though, the grip looks kinda awkward to me.
Perhaps move the hand farther back on the knife.

... Oh, I *like* him. He makes me think of the Horned God, and Pan, and other interesting deities... I like his anatomy quite a lot, too.

Great looking design! I like it because it has so much character. Every part of him (from the design itself to his hunched posture, to the way he's gripping the blade) tells something about him. His shoes and feet are definately my favorite parts!
